Research on college physical education for the development of the personality of college students

Abstract:This thesis reviews the influence of college physical education for the development of the personality of college students based on theories and practice. It proposes that PE educators should pay attention to the students' individual personality, understand their feelings and emotions, help them cultivate confidence and creativity and enable them to have the lifelong awareness for physical exercises. This will contribute to the all-round development of the students and realize quality education in PE.
