(School of Physical Education,Henan University,Kaifeng 475001,China) Abstract: The authors analyzed effects of such conceptions of Beijing Paralympic Games as “excelling”, “fusing” and “Sharing” on the development of physical education in special education schools in China, and put forward the following opinions: under the positive influence of conceptions of Beijing Paralympic Games, physical education theory study, physical education curriculum system, physical education teacher team construction, and material con-ditions for scholastic physical education, in relation to physical education in special education schools in China, will be enhanced and perfected; Beijing Paralympic Games will also promote the conception of special physical educa-tion, so that it will constantly boost the development of life by basing its goal on the existence and development of every student.
