(1.Department of Physical Education,SUN Yat-sen University,Guangzhou 510275,China;2.Department of Laws,Guangzhou Sports Bureau,Guangzhou 510620,China) Abstract: Based on service product theories and enterprise theories, the authors analyzed the production and opera-tion of professional sports leagues, and revealed that the behaviors of professional sports leagues are a sort of pro-duction - what they produce are game service products, and they are provided with due characteristics of ordinary enterprises. The production and operation of professional sports leagues are essentially the production of the value and usage value of game service products; on the one hand, game service products that can the audience should be produced in order to satisfy the audience’s need for sports entertainment, and the usage value of game products should be produced, while on the other hand, the realization of the value of game products should be considered. In practice, professional sports leagues should be run in accordance with the requirements for enterprise production and operation.
