(School of Sports Economics and Management,Central University of Finance and Economics,Beijing 100081,China) Abstract: From such 5 perspectives as organizational structure, system construction, referee management, supervi-sion mechanism and assurance mechanism, the author probed into the operating mechanism of professionalization of China Football Super League (CFSL) referees, and proposed to attract high caliber football professionals in the society to become fulltime referees by offering a high salary, to preliminarily establish a referee management system under the marketization system, to form a contracted labor employment relationship, to build and perfect related systems corresponding to the professionalization of CFSL referees, and to provide necessary policy assurance for CFSL referees to go on the way to personalization.
