A survey on the after-class training of excellent reserve athletes in the experimental-unit schools in Hunan Province

Abstract: Based on a survey on the after-class training of excellent reserve athltes in the key schools and in those experimental-unit school in Hunan,the author analyzes the current situation and the management modals,looking back the conditions of the reserve athletes training in these schools.The author also discusses the relative policies,principles,the administration and systems on the school athlete-training.Reasonable and practical suggestions on this subject are put forward for future reform and development.
