Sports justice is the organic unity built by internal sports ethnics and morals and external sports rules and systems. Sports order is the goal pursuit and practice presentation of sports justice; following sports rules and systems and boosting their perfection and devel-opment are the cores of maintaining sports order. As a typical sports dispute resolution procedure, the SUN Yang case has triggered people’s in-depth contemplation of sports justice. In international sports activities, we should pay attention to the accurate grasp and rational application of sports rules, ensure athlete rights to the maximum extent, maintain sports order, actively advocate sports discourse right through orderly participation and consensus building, and promote international sports cultural exchanges and sports cooperative governance.
