Abstract: In this paper, the concepts, theories, and scope of PE ecology are explored, and the theoretical basis of PE ecology construction is dealt with by employing the theories and methods of ecology and PE from the view of sustained development, ideas and practice of PE ecology revolution and PE ecology are analysed, which underlies the PE ecology in idea and practice basis.
