桑拿浴后渐增负荷运动对有氧能力的影响

(华南师范大学 体育科学学院,广东 广州 510631) 摘要:观察10名身体健康的体育系男子大学生在桑拿高温脱水恢复期,运动时的最大吸氧量(VO2max)、血乳酸浓度(HLa)、通气阈值(VT)的变化,并与常温条件相同运动负荷时相比较,探讨桑拿高温脱水恢复期时的运动对有氧能力的影响。其结果发现在桑拿浴后,恢复期常温条件运动时,VO2max、VT及运动时间都比常温条件增加,同时HR和HLa浓度有所下降,表明桑拿后恢复期可能具有“应激保护”作用。 关键词:桑拿浴; 热脱水; 常温环境; 最大吸氧量; 应激保护作用 中图分类号:G804.7文献标识码:A文章编号:1006-7116(2004)02-0041-03 |

(College of Physical Education and Sport Science,South China Normal University,Guangzhou 510631,China) Abstract:The purpose of this study was to compare VO2max, HLa and ventilatory threshold (VT) during incremental exercise under a thermoneutral condition without taking a sauna with those during the same workload and under same thermoneutral condition after a sauna.Ten unacclimated men performed an incremental test to exhaustion on a treadmill under a thermoneutral condition without taking a sauna (N25℃) and during the same workload and under same thermoneutral condition after a sauna(D25℃).VO2max,VT and exercise time were increased under D25℃ than those under N25℃, but HR and HLa were decreased under D25℃ than those under N25℃. These findings demonstrate that function of sauna take on “stress protective function” on the organism.
