A new probe into obesity and its therapy

Abstract:Obesity has been thought to have close relation with many diseases for a long time; the occurrence of obesity is rising year by year and is becoming a global health problem; people's research on losing weight have lasted for many years. But has over-weight become unhealthy obesity? What is the rear relationship between obesity and longevity? In this paper we will introduce the work abroad up to date, and present an argument that; health education should emphasize on how to help the obese people develop a healthy lifestyle, build up their body;behaviors and/or physiologic parameters, not body weight should be used to evaluate the effectiveness of intervention.
