A preliminary study on appraisals of the cohesiveness of some bal l-playing teams of class a in our country and its effects on the motivation of athlete

Abstract: The thesis provides 12 main factors which affect the cohesiveness of the first-class ball-playing sports teams of China and a regression equation for predicting the cohesiveness of a team on the basis of tests on 82 male football, basketball, and volleyball players of ten Chinese first-cl ass teams. This study also discusses the relationships between the cohesiveness and motivation of athletes tentatively. The author hopes to present some meaning ful apocalypse and basis for strengthening the cohesiveness of sports teams.
