Abstract:This paper explores the trends of techniques of m odern volleyball by exploring literature and summation, and by watching and anal ysing video .It aims to make clear the trends and characteristics of volleyball techniques so that the experts in the same field can design and experiment on th e reasonable and advanced new techniques, and they can efficiently make full use of them as soon as possible.
