课外体育锻炼对初中学生身心健康的影响

摘要：探讨在课外体育锻炼中健身运动处方对初中学生身心健康的影响。研究表明运动处方对初中学生身心健康有较大的改善，主要表现在：明显增强心血管功能，提高身体素质，改善心理健康，增加食欲，改善睡眠，同时情绪得到调节。

关键词：健身运动处方；身心健康；身体形态；身体机能；初中学生

Abstract: This paper aims at probing into the effects of sp orts gescription on the mental health of middle school students in their extracurricular. It is proved in our study that sports description has improved the men tal health of middle school students: It strengthens considerably the cardiovasc ular function. It contributes to the improvement of the students' diathesis and the sleep of the students is improved and their mood is adjusted in the meanwhil e.
