Abstract: From the curriculum name, instructional ideology, structure system of curriculum and time arrangement for class, the paper analyzes the new changes of physical education and health teaching outline for primary and middle school promulgated by education bureau in 2000. In addition, the elective teaching material and its change and the changes of physical education and health teaching outline for senior high school and its test and evaluation are are also elucidated here.
