糖尿病与运动研究进展(综述)

(1.华南师范大学 体育科学学院 广东 广州 510631;2.广西医科大学 体育部 广西 南宁 530021;3.北京市体育局 北京 100061) 摘要:对于I型糖尿病,运动可作为一种非药物治疗方式,运动在提高胰岛素的敏感性和减少体指,进而提高葡萄糖吸收等方面已经有诸多研究证实。不管是否合并药物或营养治疗,单独采用合理的运动疗法都可能是有效的,可明显减少I型糖尿病患者胰岛素的使用量,但I型糖尿病串者从事运动治疗时,可能需要更多的条件和监控。本文对相关的研究进展进行了系统综述。 关键词:I型糖尿病;运动;葡萄糖;非药物疗法 中图分类号:G804.3;R455 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2001)05-0072-04 |

Effective exercise intervention could improve the insulin sensitivity of muscle, reduce body fat and increase the absorption rate of glucose in peripheral tissue. All these results are found in lots of researches during past decade. Whether exercise could be treated as a safety treatment to IDDM and what the actual effects are.
