Abstract: The debate on the function, value and the subject target of P E has its long-term origin. However, the result of the argumen t is only to put forward “the theory of multi-function”, which take place a new argument. Because of the situation above, it is necessary to elaborate the discussion from the new optical direction and put it in order. Base d on this point of view, this article expounds the relative thoughts and statements on it.
