体操普修课准备部分教学改革初探

| （烟台师范学院 体育系，山东 烟台 264025） 摘要：对体操普修课准备部分进行了教学改革实验。改变了围绕以竞技体操为主要内容的准备部分的活动形式，增加了队列队形、基本体操教学内容和课时比重，并设计实施了准备部分的“模拟”教学。实验结果表明，学生能全面系统地掌握体育教师应具备的教学技能，加快师范生由学生到教师角色意识的转换速度，同时提高了课堂教学效率，达到了预期的教学效果。 关键词：体操普修课；准备部分；教学改革 中国分类号：G80 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116（2001）06-0114-03 |

Expioration of the teaching reform of the preparationin gymnastics course

Abstract: The paper researched experimentally on the teaching reform of the prearation in Gymnastics course. The activity form of the preparation abo ut the competitive Gymnastics was changed. the teaching content of basic Gymnastics and the proportion of prepartion were increased.the “simulating" teaching of the preparation was designed and carried outThe result of experiment showed t hat: the students could comprehensively and systematicallg master the teaching techniques that P.E. teachers should master, accelerate the transference of the role consciousness from students to teachers, raised the teaching efficiency in class, and achieved the desired teaching results.
