| (Department of Physical Education,Guangdong Commercial College,Guangzhou 510320,China) Abstract: Chinese traditional health care thought is basically an important constitutional part of traditional culture in Chinese traditional philosophy. Substantial Thinking are widely used and embodied in traditional health care practice,thus forming a Chinese traditional health care culture provided with unique characteristics. However,there are natural born disadvantages in the health care thought and health care methods produced under such a thinking manner, i.e. Substantial Thinking incurs arbitrary comparison in respect to traditional health care,and Substantial Thinking sinks traditional health care into idealism.
