试论田径运动的“三重性”

摘要：论述了田径运动的竞技性、健身性和趣味性，即田径运
动的“三重性”及其相互之间的关系，并对片面强调田径运动竞技属性的“物性”认识误区进行剖析，提出认识田径运动性质应该坚持“‘人’、‘物’并重”，“以人为本、三维审视；三性育人”的观点。

A discussion about the “triple natures” of track and field sport

Abstract: The authors discussed the competitive nature, fitness nature and fun nature of track and field sport, i.e. the “triple natures” of track and field sport, as well as the relations between them, analyzed the “material” misunderstanding in which the competitive nature of track and field sport was unilaterally emphasized, and put forward that the natures of track and field sport should be recognized by adhering to the following perspectives: Equal importance of “people” and “material”, people orientated operation, three dimensional consideration, and triple-nature education.
