中小学体育课程改革若干问题分析

摘要：针对当前基础教育阶段体育与健康课程改革过程中，课堂操作方面存在的一些现象与问题进行了比较深入的剖析，认为造成“课改”中一些问题的主要原因是教师未能深入学习新课程的内容与标准，正确贯彻和理解体育课程的改革精神，教师的教学习惯与课程改革的要求还存在一定的差距，体育课程标准操作性还有待完善等，并提出了课程改革实践的方向、更新课程标准培训方式、加大教师教育培训力度、进一步修改完善课程标准以及教学研究人员做好课程改革服务等解决相关问题的办法。

Probing into a number of issues in physical education curriculum reform in elementary and high schools

Abstract: The author carried out an in depth analysis on some signs and issues existing in classroom operation during physical education and health curriculum reform at current basic education stage, and put forward the following opinions: The main causes for the issues in the “curriculum reform” were that the teachers failed to further study the contents and standards of the new curriculum and correctly understand and implement the essentials of physical education curriculum reform, and that the teachers' teaching habits fell somewhat short of the requirements of the curriculum reform, and that the physical education curriculum standard operating procedure still needed to be perfected. The author also put forward some effective ways to resolve relevant problems, such as setting the orientation of implementation of the curriculum reform, updating new curriculum standard training mode, strengthening the education and training of the teachers, further revising and perfecting curriculum standards, and teaching researchers providing good services in the curriculum reform.
