Abstract: The authors analyzed the management system of professional soccer league tournament in China in terms of the essential factors in its main bodies, objective bodies, policies, legislations and media, and offered the following suggestions based on the current situation of professional soccer league tournament market in China: Specifying the legal status and managing authority of China Soccer Association in terms of law and legislation, defining the government’s economic functions, and clarifying the property right, so as to help in perfecting the benign mechanism of professional soccer league tournament in China.
