Abstract: As things develop with the times, we need to establish a high quality and highly efficient sports lottery market management system. The management mode adopted by Ningbo is a “sextuple basing” mode, namely, basing its forerunner on promotion, basing its structure on system balance, basing its foundation on system, basing its assurance on monitoring, basing its fundamental strength on making, and basing its orientation on evaluation. Strengthening monitoring is the key to further perfecting sports lottery market management mechanism.
