不同运动负荷时肌肉氧含量与表面肌电图的变化特点

(苏州大学 体育学院,江苏 苏州215021) 摘要:利用近红外光谱(NIRS)和表面肌电图(sEMG)技术,揭示自行车踏蹬运动时运动员大腿股外侧肌的氧合血红蛋白/肌红蛋白(oxy-Hb·Mb)水平及肌肉放电量的变化特征。以10名健康男子为对象,在功率自行车上先进行40 r/min,50 W的2 min准备活动后,进行阻力负荷150 W的5 min的自行车运动,踏蹬频率分别为40、60、80、100和120 r/min。结果表明:40、60、80 r/min 3组对象的股外侧肌的oxy-Hb·Mb水平分别为(104.46±6.91)%、(103.51±8.63)%和(95.14±8.73)%,各组间差异无显著性意义,而100、120 r/min组的oxy-Hb·Mb却明显下降为(77.24±11.28)%和(43.07±9.76)%;iEMG在40至80 r/min之间呈现缓慢上升趋势,而100和120 r/min时则快速增加;各组对象的oxy-Hb·Mb水平变化和iEMG之间存在明显的相关性。因此,NIRS和表面肌电图作为特异性良好的非损伤性检测手段,能够直观地反映运动中肌肉内氧的代谢与骨骼肌的收缩活动。 关键词:运动负荷; 功率自行车; 肌氧含量; 肌电图 中图分类号:G872.3; G804.7 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2006)03-0051-03 |

Characteristics of variation of muscle oxygen content and surface electromyogram of bicycle racers in motion WANG Guo-xaing |

(College of Physical Education, Soochow Uiversity, Suzhou 215021,China) Abstract: This research applied near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) and surface electromyogram (sEMG) to clarify the characteristics of muscle oxygen content (oxy-Hb·Mb)and myoelectric activity of the thigh vastus lateralis muscle in during exercises on the cycle ergometer. Subjects were 10 healthy males, consisting of 2 min of warm up (40 r/min, 50 W) followed by 5 min of pedaling(150 W) using an cycle ergometer at 40,60,80,100 and 120 r/min. Results showed that:The oxy-Hb·Mb level of vastus lateralis muscle in 40 r/min,60 r/min and 80 r/min groups was(104.46±6.91)%,(103.51±8.63% and 95.14±8.73%, there were not significant differences among groups,followed by a more prominent decrease at 100 r/min(77.24±11.28)%)and 120(43.07±9.76%)r/min.The integrated electromyogram increased slowly at 40~80 r/min,and a rapid increment occurred at 100 r/min and 120 r/min.There was a significant negative correlation between the oxy-Hb·Mb level and iEMG. Thus, results of the research revealed that NIRS and sEMG could play a specific and no injurious role in examination, directly reflecting oxygen metabolism in muscles, and motion of muscles as well.
