21世纪初期中国体育教育专业人才的培养模式

(1.首都体育学院 技术学科部,北京100088; 2.郑州航空工业管理学院 体育部,河南 郑州450015; 3.河南省纺织高等专科学校 体育艺术教学部,河南 郑州450007) 摘要:对21世纪初期中国体育教育专业人才培养模式及理论进行研究。指出当前中国体育教育专业人才培养模式存在着必修课多,选修课少;公共课、专业基础课比例偏低,专业课比例偏高;学科比例偏低,术科比例偏高;专业知识相对比较薄弱;教师教育理论和实践严重脱节和二元分离的缺陷。提出了通过自学的教学法、建构主义教学法、范例教学法和案例教学法来培养21世纪初期我国体育教育专业人才。 关键词:21世纪初期;体育教育专业;人才;培养模式;中国 中图分类号:G807文献标识码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2006)03-0067-03

(1.Department of Technology Subject, Captial Istitute of Physical Education, Beijing 100088,China; 2.Department of Physical Education, Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management, Zhengzhou 450015,China; 3.Department of Physical Education and Art, Henan Textile College, Zhengzhou 450007,China) Abstract: By studying the mode and theory of cultivation of physical education teaching professionals in China in the early 21st century, the authors revealed that currently the following defects existed in the mode of cultivation of physical education teaching professionals in China: Too many required courses,too few optional courses; the proportion of common course and basic specialized course was on the low side, while the proportion of specialized course was on the high side; the proportion of cultural subject was on the low side, while the proportion of technical subject was on the high side; specialized knowledge was relatively insufficient; for teachers there was a serious separation between education theory and practice. Through studying, the authors suggested preliminarily that physical education teaching professionals in China should be cultivated by means of self learning teaching methods, establishing primary teaching methods, standardizing teaching methods, and illustrating teaching methods.
