高校体育文化活动公关策划的程序及方法

(湖南工业大学 体育系,湖南 株洲412007) 摘要:公关策划是为了达到预期的公关目标,在充分进行调查分析的基础上所进行的超前性筹谋和计划。高校体育文化活动公关策划,应根据活动的规模和类型成立策划小组,确定与之相适宜的主题和目标,通过对环境与目标公众的调查分析,选择效益最好的传播方式,设计规范、具体的公关策划方案。为了使公关策划发挥最大效益,策划过程中必须注意针对性、可行性、创造性及效益性,使公关策划更加完善,使高校体育文化活动组织得更完美。 关键词:高校; 体育文化活动; 公关策划 中图分类号:G80文献标识码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2006)03-0094-03 |

(Department of Physical Education, Hunan Polytechnic University, Zhuzhou 412007,China) Abstract: Public relation planning is the advance plotting and planning conducted based on thorough investigation and analysis in order to reach expected objectives of public relations. In the public relation planning for a sports cultural activity conducted in universities and colleges, a planning team should be established according to the scale and type of the activity, a theme and objectives suitable for the activity should be determined, and the most effective communication manner, design norms and specific public relation planning scheme should be determined. For public relation planning to exert its maximum effect, attention should be paid to the pertinence, feasibility, creativity and profitability during planning, so as to further perfect public relation planning and consummate the organization of sports cultural activities conducted in universities and colleges.
