(1.College of Physical Education,Fujian Normal University,Fuzhou 350007,China; 2.Educational Department of Art and Physical Education and Sanitation,Education Ministy,Beijing 100861,China) Abstract:The authors carried out an in-depth analysis on the background and meaning of the issuance of the “Outline of Teaching Guidance for Various Major Courses of Regular Physical Education Specialty in Common Institutions of Higher Learning”,curriculum objectives,basic requirements of optional teaching contents,basic contents of teaching,basic requirements of teaching,learning evaluation,and basic conditions for teaching. They believed that the Outline showed characteristics such as humanized,“area” orientated,expanded and diversified,further strengthened the construction of major courses of regular physical education specialty, and provided a beneficial reference for the construction of generally required courses and optional courses,thus having optimized the entire curriculum system of regular physical education specialty and promoted the constant enhancement of the management quality and beneficial result of physical education specialty.
