运动处方教学对听障学生心理健康的影响

(1.武汉体育学院 研究生部,湖北 武汉430079; 2.香港教育学院 体育及运动科学系,香港; 3.天津体育学院 体育科学系,天津300381; 4.北京体育大学 研究生院,北京100084) 摘要:采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)、心境状态量表(POMS)和自制的问卷调查表,对听障学生的心理特点进行测量和评定;有针对性地为他们设计了运动处方,并组织了教学实验。实验对象分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用运动处方教学,对照组采用常规教学。结果表明:运动处方教学对听障学生的身心健康有一定的积极影响;听障学生心理素质的发展效果与教材内容和教学方法有关;只有将学生的心理体验与学生的技能练习有机结合,才能收到既掌握运动技能又发展心理品质的效果。 关键词:运动处方;听障学生;体育教学;心理健康 中图分类号:G804.5文献标识码:A文章编号:1006-7116(2005)06-0063-04

Experiment objects were divided into experiment group and control group. Exercise prescribed teaching was appliedto the experiment group,while conventional teaching was applied to the control group.The following findings was revealed in the experiment: Exercise prescribed teaching has certain positive influence on the physical and mental health of hearing obstructed students; the result of development of the mental quality of hearing obstructed students is related to the contents of teaching materials and teaching methods; the effect of mastering exercising skills while improving mental quality could not be achieved unless student’s mental experience is organically combined with student’s skill practice.
