Abstract:The authors carried out the analysis by adopting the research methods of literature data collection,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,and considered that the main factors that affect the cultivation of backup talents for diving in Guangdong Province were management,coach team,gymnasium facilities,education,employment,fund,and the only child factor,etc.
