学校体育教学中开展心理拓展训练的意义

摘要：为拓宽体育课程资源，落实新课标的要求，对心理拓展训练在培养学生坚强的心理品质、良好的社会适应能力、强健的体魄3个方面的作用进行阐述。认为在学校体育教学中引入心理拓展训练对教育目标的达成、体育课程资源的拓展、新型师生观的重构和教师角色的认知等具有创新意义。建议科学整合心理拓展训练内容，创造条件，使心理拓展训练尽快走进学校体育教学之中。

Probing into the significance of developing psychological expansion training in scholastic physical education teaching

Abstract:In order to expand physical education curriculum resources and implement the requirements of the new curriculum standard,the authors carried out a theoretical analysis on the functions of psychological expansion training in the comprehensive development in such three aspects as cultivating students to build up tough psychological makings,good social adaptation capability, and strong physique. The authors considered that introducing psychological expansion training into scholastic physical education teaching was provided with innovative significance in terms of accomplishment of educational objectives,expansion of physical education curriculum resources,reconstruction of new type of teacher and student conception,and recognition of teacher’s roles.The authors suggested that the contents of psychological expansion training should be scientifically integrated and conditions be created,so that psychological expansion training could be introduced into scholastic physical education teaching as soon as possible.
