摘要：介绍了跨理论模型的主要内容、应用跨理论模型对锻炼行为的研究进展，以及跨理论模型的优点和局限性，在此基础上指出应用跨理论模型进行锻炼行为转变领域研究的发展趋势。

Abstract:The author introduced the main contents of transtheoretical model,development of researches on physical exercise behavior by applying transtheoretical model,as well as the advantages and limitation of transtheoretical model,and pointed out the trend of development of researches on the change of physical exercise behavior by applying transtheoretical model based on his analysis.
