我国高等院校招收优秀运动员现状的调查

(1.上海体育学院 学校竞技体育研究所,上海 200438; 2.同济大学 体育教学部,上海 200010) 摘要:高校高水平运动员的招生必须兼顾高校高水平运动队建设的短期效应和长远发展,一方面要针对当前的实际情况,以充分共享体育系统运动员资源为主,加快高校高水平运动队的建设,特别是要重视高校与运动队的共建,以确保教育系统承担和完成参加世界大赛的任务;另一方面要制定有利于鼓励中、小学开展学校竞技体育后备人才培养的招生政策,形成以高校为龙头,大、中、小学“一条龙”的学校竞技体育后备人才培养体系。 关 键 词:学校体育;高水平运动员;可持续发展;后备人才 中图分类号:G807.4 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2007)01-0115-03 |

(1.The Graduate School , Shanghai University of Sport, Shanghai 200438,China;2.Department of PhysicalEducation,Tongji University, Shanghai 200010,China;3.Beijing Sport University,Beijing 100084,China) Abstract: The authors revealed the following findings in their research: Both the short-term effect and long-term development of the construction of high performance athlete teams in institutes of higher learning must be considered in high performance athlete recruitment by institutes of higher learning; on the one hand, the construction of high performance athlete teams in institutes of higher learning should be expedited according to the actual circumstances currently existing and based mainly on fully sharing athlete resources in the sports system, especially, attention should be showered on the joint construction of institutes of higher learning and athlete teams, so as to ensure that the educational system can undertake and fulfill tasks for participating in world games; on the other hand, recruitment policies favorable for encouraging middle and elementary schools to develop competitive sport backup talent cultivation should be established, so as to form a competitive sport backup talent cultivation system that is led by institutes of higher learning and integrates colleges, middle schools and elementary schools.
