各司其职 比翼齐飞——伍绍祖同志答记者问读后感 吴翼鉴

（江西省九江市教育局，江西 九江  332000） 摘      要：认为《20世纪最后十年中国体育改革回顾——伍绍祖同志采访记》中的“党和政府办体育的根本目的是要解决全民族的身体素质”、“体委只抓金牌，不抓体质是本末倒置”的观点切近中国体育现状。中国体育的行政机构要进行重大改革，管理体育（群众体育）和竞技（竞技体育）的行政机构必须分开。增强体质单靠体育部门不行，必须要有教育、卫生等部门的密切配合。 关  键  词：体育；竞技；行政机构改革；读后感 中图分类号：G80    文献标识码：A    文章编号：1006-7116(2007)04-0017-02

Doing their jobs respectively and making progress all together——A review of the interview with Mr. WU Shao-zu WU Yi-jian

（Jiujiang Bereau of Education,Jiujiang 332000，China） Abstract: The author considered that such views as “the ultimate purpose of the party and government to manage sport is to enhance the physical constitution of the entire nation” and “it is to put the cart before the horse for the sports committee to focus only on gold medals and ignore physical constitution” in the Review of Sports Reform in China in the Last 10 Years of the 20th Century–An Interview with Mr. WU Shao-zu are realistically close to the cur-rent state of sport in China. Major reform should be carried out on administrative organs of sport in China, and the administrative organs to manage mass sport and competitive sport must be separated and do their jobs respectively. It will not work out to depend only on sports departments to manage the job for enhancing physical constitution, in-stead, such departments as education and sanitation must cooperate closely to get the job done.
