“人文”释义和我国民族传统体育的人文价值 赵炳南

（华南师范大学 体育科学学院，广东 广州  510631） 摘      要：“礼乐诗书”之教，是我国西周时期改造社会、教化民众的圣王之道。孔子全面继承了周代的“六艺”教育，成为上古文化的集大成者，其思想和教育实践影响远巨。我国古代的“礼射”蕴藏着深厚的儒家精神文化内涵，彰显了卓越的体育人文精神。我国民族传统体育内容丰富、形式多样，蕴涵着深厚人文价值，表现了我国各民族人民对自身美的认识和追求，对提高我国各民族人民健康水平、构建文明和谐社会将发挥重要的作用。 关  键  词：民族传统体育；华夏文明；人文价值 中图分类号：G80-05    文献标识码：A    文章编号：1006-7116(2007)04-0054-04

The interpretation of “humanism” and the humanistic value of traditional national sport of China ZHAO Bing-nan

(College of Physical Education，South China Normal University，Guangzhou 510631，China) Abstract: The education of “music and literature” was the ultimate way to remodel the society and educate the masses in the Western Zhou dynasty. Confucius comprehensively inherited the “six classical arts” in the Zhou dy-nasty, becoming a master of ancient culture. His ideology and educational practice had profound and tremendous in-fluence. “Courtesy and archery” as ancient Chinese culture contains profound connotation of Confucian spiritual culture and embodies the humanistic spirit of sport. Chinese traditional national sport has colorful content, diversi-fied form and profound humanistic value, expressing the recognition and pursuit of their own beauty by all the Chi-nese people of all nationalities, and playing an important role in uplifting the health level of all the Chinese people of all nationalities, and in constructing a civilized and harmonious society.
