广东省普通高校体育教师科研影响因素的调查分析 廖 玫

（嘉应学院 体育系，广东 梅州  514015） 摘      要：从影响广东省普通高校体育教师科研工作的内部影响因素和外部制约条件进行调查分析。结果表明：教师科研目的功利化、教师科研积极性偏低、科研队伍整体学历水平较低、科研能力欠缺等是影响广大体育教师科研发展的内部因素；而高校科研管理体制不完善、经费投入少、图书资料缺乏、科研激励力度小等是制约体育教师科研能力的外部条件。 关  键  词：科研；体育教师；普通高校；广东省 中图分类号：G812.7    文献标识码：A    文章编号：1006-7116(2007)04-0080-04

Investigation and analysis of the factors that affect the scientific research done by physical education teachers in common institutes of higher learning in Guang-dong province LIAO Mei

（Department of Physical Education，Jiaying Institute，Meizhou 514015，China） Abstract:The author investigated and analyzed the internal affecting factors and external restricting conditions with respect to the scientific research job done by physical education teachers in common institutes of higher learning in Guangdong province, and revealed the following findings: The teachers becoming benefit motivated in their scien-tific research, the teachers lacking in the initiative for scientific research, the overall level of educational background of the scientific research team being low, and the lack of scientific research capability, are the internal factors that affect the development of the scientific research done by various physical education teachers, while incomplete uni-versity scientific research management system, too little capital investment, lack of literature data,and too little stimulation for scientific research, are the external conditions that restrict the scientific research capability of physi-cal education teachers.
