Abstract: Based on a briefly review of the main theories of “conceptu al PE view”，this thesis expounds the philosophical and culture background of t he PE view so as to the reinterpretion of the profound philosophical implication s in the West through reconsidering the concepts of PE and sport in question，th e digestion of which is expected to reinforcethe accomplishments in logical thin king.The research will be proved to be very important to a better understanding of the general orientation of Chinese PE in modern times.
