| (Shanghai Institute of Physical Education,Shanghai 200438，Chin a) Abstract:Using the methods of documents collection and questionnaire, the present study investigated the current situation of sports industry legisla tion,arbitration,supervision and judicial judge in 22 provinces and cities suc h as Beijing and Shanghai,and proposed some related advice to solve the problem s. The study suggested that with the purpose of constructing a Chinese character ized sports legal system,we must strengthen the legal construction and reinforc e the administration team,the legal supervisor system. More propaganda should b e made to promote the legal administration of the sports industry.
