(College of Physical Education,China University of Mining and Technology,Xuzhou 221008,China) Abstract: The authors analyzed problems produced in “triple independent” college physical education teaching, and drew the following conclusions: in college physical education there are such phenomena as unilateral emphasis on student’s interests, blind pursuit of new and different events in event setup, as well as sexual and economic inequal-ity in course selection; in physical education teaching there are such problems as technique valued and theory de-spised teaching, backward evaluation conceptions, incomprehensive contents, and unscientific methods; Rationally setting up sports events closely combined with lifetime sports as well as emerging and fashionable events as op-tional courses, increasing investments in sports gymnasiums and equipment, enhancing their utilization rate, valuing the combination of theory and practice, and constructing a scientific and rational teaching evaluation system, are important contents in constructing harmonious and development sustainable college physical education.
