Abstract: On the basis of expatiating on the connotation and constitutional framework of sports industrial invest-ment system in China as well as its sports economic policy environment, the author studied the roles of sports in-dustrial investment system in China in sports economic development, and revealed the following findings: in China, sports industrial investment system, sports economic policy environment and sports economic development are highly interdependent; only rational sports industrial investment system can boost the rapid and healthy develop-ment of sports economy.
