| （Experiment Centre，Anyang Normal Institute，Anyang 455000，China） Abstract: Since tourism activities are a sort of aesthetic activities, tourism scenic zones should satisfy the aesthetic requirements of tourists as much as possible. The “perspective of expection” viewpoint of Hans Robert Jauss, a rep-resentative scholar of reception aesthetics in Germany, can be referred to in the development of tourism scenic zones, so as to make aesthetic feelings given by developed scenic zones to tourists more sensational. It is totally fea-sible to develop the place of origin of Shaolin Wushu in Anyang as an ancient city according to the “perspective of expectation” viewpoint, so as to turn the place of origin of Shaolin Wushu into a tourism scenic zone that gives peo-ple aesthetic joys.
