Put forward specifically for the traditional classroom mode, the “classroom of life” advocated under the perspective of the theory of life is a classroom that bases its characterization on making classroom life full of vitality due to the existence of scholastic physical education, its guiding ideology on “health first”, its goal on “reaching standards for a robust physique”, its means on establishing the principal body nature of learners, advocating lifetime sports and promoting the formation of students’ sports capacities; as for physical education teachers, it is no doubt realistically very important to recognize and analyze the characteristics of “classroom of life”, complete the trans-formation from “classroom of health” to “classroom of life”, and let the classroom radiate more rays of life, shine through humanistic atmosphere, and become a breeding field of life.
