摘      要：体育与娱乐业同属一个产业门类。中国当前以行业主管部门归属来划分体育与娱乐业的做法不尽合理。美国以产品类别、角色分工与运动项目逐层展开界定的办法以及澳大利亚直接以角色分工划分大体育产业组织主体的做法值得借鉴。

Abstract: Sport and entertainment industries are in the same industrial category. It is not perfectly rational for China to currently classify sport and entertainment industries according to industry management departments. The method of America to define such industries layer by layer according to product categories, role divisions and sports events and the practice of Australia to directly classify the main subject of major sports industrial organizations according to role divisions are worthy of our reference.
