(Department of Physical Education,Hexi University,Zhangye 734000,China) Abstract: According to the characteristics of practical class teaching for the regular physical education major in normal institutes of higher learning, by sticking to the objectives of practical class teaching, from the perspective of easy quantization, easy operation and easy management, the authors established a multi-user (administrator, partici-pant and cooperator) and multi-index (responsibility, difficulty, task, efficiency and recognition) practical teaching management mode that combines dynamic evaluation with sessional (school term, school year and school session) management. This mode has broken through the pattern of “objective – achievement -evaluation”, embodied the teaching ideology of “activity – experience - presentation”, and provided a theoretical reference for the rational and effective development of the activities of practical teaching for the regular physical education major in normal insti-tutes of higher learning.
