摘      要：对当下学术界比较流行的中西体育文化“融合论”的两种观点提出了质疑。研究认为，由于中西体育文化在价值观念、表现形态、文化适应性上的巨大差异，以及发展形态不平衡，两者不可能融合。中西体育文化比较应该走出二元对立、非此即彼的研究框架，使二者在各自领域内并行发展。当前，我国应大力学习西方体育文化，发展奥林匹克运动；同时，也要加强对中国民族传统体育的保护。

Abstract: The authors raises a few queries about two views of the “theory of fusion” of Chinese and western sports culture popular in the academic community today, and drew the following conclusions: since there is a huge differ-ence and development form unbalance in value conception, expression form and cultural adaptability between Chi-nese and western sports cultures, it is impossible for the two cultures to fuse; for comparing Chinese and western sports cultures, the research frame of dualistic opposition and either-or should be broken, so that the two cultures can develop in their own areas in parallel; at present, China should vigorously learn western sports culture and de-velop the Olympic movement; in the mean time, the protection of traditional Chinese national sports should be strengthened.
