| （Department of Physical Education，Guangxi University，Nanning 530004，China） Abstract: With the intensification of the process of globalization, the governing structure that bases its main body on sovereignties is being gradually replaced by the sovereignty included multi-main-body governing structure, which highlights the characteristics of the multi-main-body structure and the participation by non-sovereignty be-havior entities in global governance. International Olympic Committee as a non-governmental international organi-zation always considers seeking for close cooperation between governmental and non-governmental international organizations as its own responsibility in the process of participating in global governance, and acquires the ac-knowledge of international societies to the value and independency of the Olympic movement by fully exerting its functions in such aspects as promoting international peace, participating in environmental protection, boost sexual equality, advocating physical health right, and protecting disadvantageous group’s sports right.
