| （1.Guangzhou Sport University，Guangzhou 510500，China；2.School of Training and Physical Education，Shanghai Sports University，Shanghai 200438，China） Abstract: By means of literature data, the authors studied the current state of and reasons for the definition of hu-man capital of current CBA players, as well as why the proprietorship of human capital of the players should be de-fined uniquely, and revealed the following findings: the proprietorship of human capital of the players does not be-long to the players themselves, which is caused by the incompleteness of the player registration and transfer system and intangible asset development systems. The authors suggested completing the player registration and transfer system and intangible asset development systems and realizing the carrier of the proprietorship of human capital of the players in a fair, stimulative and objective way.
