(School of Physical Education,Zhejiang University,Hangzhou 310028,China) Abstract: Based on the theory of fluid motion experience in psychology, the authors carried out an exploratory dis-cussion about the degree of satisfaction of college student at physical education course selection, and put forward the following opinions: the fluid experience gained by students during exercising from different physical education teaching contents is different; the degree of satisfaction of students at course selection is mainly related to students’ understanding of physical education curriculum contents and their own sports capacity, and to their expectation for course selection.
