Establishing correct sex awareness is the key to the establishment of their rational personality and the formation of their good characters. Middle school education as a main factor affecting teenager’s mental development plays an important role in edu-cating students in their adolescence when sex awareness education related contents are blended into the process of scholastic education, while scholastic physical education teaching as a main constituent part of scholastic education is responsible for promoting and cultivating student’s physical health, mental health and social health. By probing into the manners and methods used for middle school physical education, coupled with advanced sex awareness education theories and conceptions nowadays, the authors put forward the following opinions: the “sex rigid” edu-cation manner should be eliminated in the process of middle school physical education teaching; individual differ-ence should be emphasized on the basis of “asexual education”; in the mean time, teaching organizers and imple-menters should determine the system of class grouping by sex according to student’s actual circumstances, so that teenagers can enjoy a better environment for growing up during scholastic education.
