摘      要：着重论述了公民体育权利的本原、概念与体育利益内核。在有关公民体育权利的本原部分，论证了公民体育利益理论是理解公民体育权利的理论基础；在公民体育权利概念部分，论述了公民体育利益和权利的3种形态及其关系；最后，还以体育权利主体为视角阐述了体育利益是公民体育权利的实有内核。

Abstract: The authors expatiated on the origin and concept of citizen sports rights as well as the core of sports in-terests. In the part regarding the origin of citizen sports rights, the authors expatiated on that citizen sports right theories are the theoretical foundation for understanding citizen sports rights; in the part regarding the concept of citizen sports rights, the author expatiated on three forms of citizen sports interests and rights as well as their rela-tions; finally, from the perspective of sports rights as the main body, the authors also expatiated on that sports inter-ests are the intrinsic core of citizen sports rights.
