Abstract: The “triple independent” teaching mode embodies advanced teaching conceptions, having constituted a “supermarket” of college physical education courses. Whereas existing teaching resources cannot well satisfy stu-dent’s interests and loves, thus the body enhancement effect is not significant. In order to extricate from such a pre-dicament, the “health first” teaching conception must be established or reinforced; a number of new projects must be rationally developed by combining the characteristics of regional fold customs; teacher capacities must be greatly enhanced; schools must increase investment in physical education facilities and strengthen policy and fund supports.
