(1.Sport Science College,Beijing Sport University,Beijing 100084,China;2.School of Physical Education,Fujian Normal University,Fuzhou 350007,China) Abstract: The authors performed 3D photographic measurement on the technical moves of ZHANG Wen-xiu as an excellent female hammer thrower in China to get relatively comprehensive body movement data by using two JVC3000 high-speed cameras, screened and analyzed the data by using SPSS software, and revealed the following findings: in terms of such technical parameters as spinning time, spinning track and spinning speed, there were some problems with this player, which restricted the enhancement of her performance, such as the double leg supporting time was shorter than the single leg supporting time; the angle of inclination of the track of various swirls (espe-cially the first swirl) was somewhat too big; the accelerating process was too short; too much attention was paid to acceleration at the single leg supporting stage; the spinning at the double leg supporting stage was too fast; the sus-tainable accelerating power was not high. The authors put forward the following technical improvement measures for enhancing her sustainable accelerating capacity: increase the power for the acceleration at the double leg sup-porting stage; rationally lower the angle of inclination of the track of various swirls; try to lift the swinging leg later and set it down earlier; do not accelerate too much at the first swirl and try to adjust the single leg supporting move for this swirl.
