| (Law College of Shandong University,Jinan 250100，China) Abstract: Arbitration is one of the main ways of settling amateur spor ts disputes in America.In the U.S.,the arbitration bases are Ted Stevens Olympic and Amateur Sports Act, United States Olympic Committee constitution and the ru les of United Stated Anti-Doping Agency.As to the kinds of disputes,they are eli gibility disputes,national sports associations' franchise disputes and doping di sputes.But the parties to sports dispute may sue against arbitration awards.
